You acknowledge that JobBoardZA does not act as an employer, recruitment agency, or direct representative for the companies listed. We merely provide a consolidated index of opportunities available elsewhere on the internet.
3. Third-Party Links and Outsourced Content
Because all job listings are automatically outsourced from external platforms:
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: We cannot guarantee the validity, accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any job posting displayed on our platform.
- External Redirects: Clicking an application link will navigate you away from JobBoardZA to a third-party domain.
- No Employment Liability: Any employment contracts, applications, or correspondence entered into via third-party links are strictly between you and the respective employer or external job board. Rasedi Group holds no liability for employment disputes, fraudulent listings, or lost application data on external sites.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use JobBoardZA strictly for personal, non-commercial job seeking purposes. You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract aggregated data from our platform, as our compiled index is proprietary to Rasedi Group.

The "JobBoardZA" name, logo, site design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of the Rasedi Group. Third-party logos, job titles, and company names displayed within the aggregated job listings remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Rasedi Group, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the JobBoardZA platform, including but not limited to lost wages, rejected applications, or data breaches occurring on third-party partner websites.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
